At The Vineyard, we believe healthy relationships begin within.

Sometimes, before asking, “How do I fix this relationship?” we need a safe place to ask, “What is happening within me?”

Through Christ centered conversations, the Welcome to The Vineyard Podcast, The Signature Fish Story™, The Signature Discovery™, books, and transformational experiences, women are invited to slow down, look within, and discover what they may not have seen before.

And most importantly, to feel safe, seen, heard, and supported along the way.

MY STORY

My journey toward healthy, Christ-centered relationships began long before The Vineyard was created.

Like many women, I experienced seasons that required healing, growth, surrender, and deeper understanding of both myself and God.

Through that journey, God began transforming me from the inside out — teaching me that healthy relationships are not built on performance, perfection, or emotional survival, but on identity, healing, wholeness, and a strong foundation in Christ.

As I continued growing spiritually and personally, I began writing, creating, studying, and sharing what I was learning with women who also desired healthy, fulfilled relationships for themselves and their families.

At the same time, my professional leadership journey taught me valuable lessons in communication, stewardship, structure, emotional intelligence, and creating environments where people feel valued, supported, and safe.

Every season — both personally and professionally — helped shape the vision behind The Vineyard.

Today, The Vineyard exists as a Christ-centered movement dedicated to helping women heal themselves and their relationships from the inside out through faith, transformational conversations, intentional experiences, and emotional healing rooted in Christ.

My prayer is that every woman who enters The Vineyard leaves with greater clarity, deeper healing, stronger discernment, renewed faith, and a healthier understanding of both love and herself.
